Requirements

  • Minimum 1 shareholder
  • €3,000 minimum capital
  • Spanish registered address
  • At least 1 administrator

Process

1. Reserve company name (1-3 days, €15)

2. Deposit capital in bank

3. Draft statutes with lawyer

4. Sign at notary (€400-800)

5. Get CIF (tax number)

6. Register at Commercial Registry (2-4 weeks)

Total cost: €1,500-3,000 plus €3,000 capital
